Endodontic Associateship – Eugene, OR
Endodontist: Prefer 4 days per week, 8- 10 hour shift
We are a busy practice in Eugene, OR. We are professional, fun and customer-centric. We have an endodontist currently who will be moving to Florida soon. There are 2 designated operatories, completely set up for endo, including new wall mounted endodontic microscopes, and a new cone beam. Most endo material, including rotary units will be provided by the office. The staff is experienced with all endo procedures. Compensation will be 50% of production.

Duties:
– Perform dental examinations, diagnoses, and treatment planning for patients of all ages
– Provide endodontic services
– Administer local anesthesia
– Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records using Open Dental software
Requirements:
– Valid license to practice dentistry in Oregon and recognized by the Oregon Dental Board as an endodontist
– Completion of a Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) or Doctor of Dental Medicine (DMD) degree from an accredited
– Experience of at least 1 year is preferred
– Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with patients and staff
– Ability to work independently and make clinical decisions in the best interest of the patient

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Must perform a minimum of 4 root canals per day (average). Currently scheduling 1 -2-hour appointments per patient. Additional evals and post op appointments as needed per day.
Salary: Dependent on production, 50% of production
Expected hours: about 34 per week
