Dedicated and patient-focused dentist with international and U.S. clinical training, including a DDS from the University of Colorado School of Dental Medicine (2021) and a dental degree from India (2015). I bring extensive experience in restorative dentistry and endodontics, along with a strong track record of providing high-quality care to diverse and medically complex patient populations in Federally Qualified Health Centers. Currently serving as a Lead Dentist in the Portland area, I combine efficient clinical execution with leadership in team coordination, workflow management, and patient-centered treatment planning.

As Managing Clinical Director of a high-volume practice, I developed a high-performing clinical team from the ground up, overseeing hiring, training, and ongoing mentorship. I oversee clinical operations, patient care, and business performance. I mentor the dental team through coaching and leadership development, while optimizing treatment planning and communication to boost case acceptance and retention.
