Smiles Dental’s Ridgefield office is looking for a full time (4-5 days/week) associate to join its team. This office, a thriving single-provider practice, boasts a robust infrastructure to cater to the diverse needs of its patients in Ridgefield. Valued at 1.4 million dollars, it has curated a state-of-the-art facility equipped to deliver top-notch dental care. Supporting its endeavors are two dedicated full-time hygienists who ensure the highest standards of oral health for our clientele. Complementing the clinical team is a two-person front office staff, committed to delivering seamless administrative support and ensuring a positive patient experience. Nestled within the growing community of Ridgefield, this practice prides itself on providing exceptional dental care, ready to serve and enrich the lives of its valued patients. Candidates must have 2 to 3 years of experience, proficiencies in all facets of general dentistry, and ability to perform RCT’s. Implant experience or a desire to be mentored for implant placement is preferred.
