Associateship/Locum Tenens Positions – Kelso, WA
Hilander Dental is seeking an associate and/or locum tenens doctor to join its practice after the unfortunate loss of one if it’s providers and owners, Dr. Pond, who recently passed away unexpectedly. Hilander Dental is a busy general dental practice in Kelso, Washington. The position will start at 2 days/week with the potential to develop into 3 days/week. There is also a lot of opportunity to fill in for our other 2 dentists for vacations, long weekends, etc… Kelso is located 1 hour from Portland, 1 hour from the coast, and is in close proximity to outdoor activities (hiking, fishing, etc.). The 2-doctor practice operates at 5 hygiene days/week, includes 10 operatories, and has an amazing, cohesive team. The office has a fun, upbeat environment, great reputation in the community, and is consistently voted the best dental practice in Cowlitz County by Longview Daily News Readers’ Choice Awards. The previous associate made between $200,000 and $350,000 annually. Candidates should have a minimum of 2 years of experience and be proficient in fillings, crown and bridge, restoring of implants, anterior root canals, dentures and partials, simple extractions, as well as possess good people/communication skills and know how to work well with a team.
