Associateship – Bend, OR
Dental Artistry is a comprehensive care practice located in Bend, OR, that focuses on full mouth rehabilitation with the goal of making the most expensive aspects of dentistry more affordable. It is seeking to hire a qualified associate candidate to join its team at its east-side location. The position is full time (4-5 days/week), with some flexibility, and candidates with at least 1 to 2 years of experience and some proficiency in surgical procedures is preferred but not required. The practice is completely fee for service and has a full-service, in-house digital lab, allowing it to save on costs and pass those savings on to its patients. Dental Artistry prides itself on being one of – if not the – largest provider of immediate load All on X therapy in Central Oregon, all while utilizing a complete digital workflow. The ideal candidate is someone who is a highly-driven dentist that is interested in expanding their skill set to include all aspects of dentistry and wants to take on challenging cases, all while being comfortable with “bread and butter” dentistry. Chairside mentorship from the two owner doctors will be provided on procedures that the associate is not yet comfortable with. The associate will begin as a contractor and be compensated 30% of production with the intent of having them buy into the practice as a partner in short order.
