Lead Prosthodontist Position – Oregon City
Revolution Dental Implant Center is selectively recruiting a **Lead Prosthodontist** to take ownership of a high-volume AOX (All-on-X) restorative program within a rapidly scaling implant center. This opportunity is intended for experienced, high-performing prosthodontists who are ready to step into leadership, volume, and long-term growth. Candidates must be a DDS/DMD from an accredited dental school with an oral & maxillofacial surgery residency, prosthodontic training strongly preferred or extensive AOX full-arch experience, confident leadership presence and collaborative mindset, strong interpersonal skills and a team-oriented mindset. Compensation is production-based with $600,000+ realistic earning potential. The practice is projected to exceed $14M in production by 2026. Candidates will be able to collaborate directly with a full in-house laboratory and experienced lab team, as well as partner with a dedicated in-house CRNA and nursing team for seamless patient experience.
