The Deschutes Rim Health Clinic in Maupin, OR, has an immediate opening for a qualified general dentist. For many years, Dr. Lee Balentine had a successful practice at the clinic. His retirement left a gap. The 2,800 residents of South Wasco County are clamoring for care. We offer a three-year-old facility with two new fully equipped operatories with Adec chairs and delivery systems, electric handpieces, built Cavitrons, handheld X-ray, pano, Romexis imaging software, and dual screens in each operatory. There is a new compressor, dry vac, sterilizer, and Statim, with a lab bench, a private office, and, as a bonus, a killer view. The arrangement is negotiable: Be employed. Lease the space. Or perhaps preferable: be a 1099 contractor. The Deschutes Rim Clinic is the center for health and healing in South Wasco County. We have a parttime MD contractor and a fulltime FNP employee. Certainly you, reading this, may be interested in practicing within walking distance of world class fishing, being a stone’s throw from biking, hiking, and hunting, being an hour drive from world class skiing, and enjoying what could be a slower pace.
