Associate Dentist / Trial Partner Opportunity – Portland, Oregon
We are seeking a motivated doctor to join our growing dental practice in Portland. This opportunity is available as either a full-time associate position or a trial partnership track, depending on fit and mutual goals. Our vision is to build a long-term relationship that may lead to partnership if both the associate and owner feel it is the right path. We welcome applications from new graduates, dentists with at least one year of experience, and graduates of residency programs including GPR and AEGD. More experienced doctors are also encouraged to apply. Our practice is on track to collect approximately $2.7 million this year and is currently supported by 2 associate doctors and 3 hygienists. This is a well-established, productive office with strong systems, advanced technology, and excellent clinical opportunities.
The office is equipped with:
• Cone beam and panorex imaging
• Implant motors
• Trios intraoral scanner
• CEREC Primescan system
• Electric handpieces in every operatory
• Endodontic motors
• Intraoral cameras
• Digital radiographic sensors
We place and restore Neodent GM Helix implants, perform All-on-4 cases, and offer same-day CEREC crowns, creating strong opportunities for a doctor who wants to grow clinically and professionally.
This full-time position includes:
• 4-day work week
• 3 weeks of unpaid vacation/sick time
• Medical and dental coverage
Compensation is based on 30% of net production.
